While we rarely have a need for this policy, it is necessary to be clear on these terms.
Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Working through any concerns BEFORE leaving or finalizing payments.
- Unused or Unworn (if Retail item; exchange only for defective item). Must exchange within 3 business days from receipt.
- Exchanges are sometimes available on a case by case basis; never a refund.
- We cannot handle 3rd party transactions. Please refer to the company you made your transaction through.
- Must have contract or receipt with your ID and sign documentation finalizing resolution transaction.
- Booking via this website for ANY service, is your agreement to authorize any and all payment transactions with no option for refund.
